Improve the Page Load Time about risherry

Relates to Issue #20: {Precompile Handlebars templates} and Issue #40: {Load just the needed FA icons}

Also a solution would be to replace ghpages index with the rendered page.

After replacing the inline page script with rendered content, the requests drop from 39 to 24 requests.
Some iteration online values:

• Slow 3G - 18.13s (old 22.76s)

• Fast 3G - 5.18s (old 6.41s)

Ideas:

• Bootstrap css and js could be removed, see Issue #39: Replace Bootstrap grid with native CSS Grid
• Portfolio images could be loaded on server, in a sprite

Tested locally on a partially Theme: Gwen, on index.html:

• Fast 3G - 4.07s (old 5.18s)

• Online - 633 KB transferred
