The framework is now in for permissions, they just need to be added to each command.
See cmd_who() in commands_general.py for a good example:

show_session_data = pobject.user_has_perm("genperms.see_session_data")

Very simple stuff. Permissions are created on the actual app model or in the case of
misc. permissions, in the genperms app's model.py file. If anyone would step up to
handle this one, I'd greatly appreciate it. It's not difficult, just time-consuming.

Came up with an even better solution. See cmdtable.py for more details. This is more
or less done, aside from some tweaking of permissions.
