Inconsistency in attachment selection behavior between documents and pictures / videos

When you select a document, then select another document, both remain queued for sending. But when you select pictures, then go back to select other pictures, the new selection overwrites the previous one. https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/24e270c9-f2d6-4972-9259-78b89499e902 Tested with `.photoPickerBackend(.system)` as attachment queuing / previews don't work with the ExyteMediaPicker.
