Looks like nu_ansi_term breaks some grid / table width displays in Eza, and overall having to change every instance of the world Colour throughout the whole codebase really isn't something you can do incrementally, and doesn't look great doing all at once either as we found out in #165, etc

Over at Rustadopt we have updated it to current Rust syntax and will incrementally apply some of the open PR's from the original repo, checking each time that nothing breaks in Eza

Anyone interested in helping revive this crate to our needs, PR's are welcome over there as well 😁
