I am reporting a privacy and account issue concerning a Prompts.chat profile that is using my name and is associated with my private email address.
I did not create this Prompts.chat account and I did not knowingly authorize the creation of this profile or the publication of the prompt associated with it.

The profile is using my real name, Raymy Doria Medina, and is associated with a private email address belonging to me.
For privacy reasons, I am deliberately NOT publishing my email address in this public GitHub issue. I am contacting you through the email address associated with the affected profile and can verify ownership privately if required.
I request that you please:
1. Investigate how this Prompts.chat account was created.
2. Investigate how my email address became associated with this account.
3. Remove or anonymize my personal information from the public profile.
4. Remove my email address from any publicly accessible Prompts.chat page, API, dataset, or other public data controlled by Prompts.chat.
5. Remove the public association between my identity and this Prompts.chat account/prompt.
6. Remove or unlist the affected profile and prompt where possible.
7. Confirm what personal information is currently associated with this account.
8. Confirm what authentication or registration method was used to create the account, if that information is available.
9. Please contact me privately if additional verification is required.
This is not a copyright complaint. My concern is that an account and public profile have been associated with my identity without my authorization.
I would appreciate confirmation of the steps taken to address this privacy issue.

I would like to add an important detail to my privacy request.
The prompt titled “Guía para Diseñar y Vender un Libro en Hotmart” is currently attributed to my personal identity on prompts.chat, even though I did not create this prompts.chat account, did not submit this prompt to prompts.chat, and did not authorize the publication of my personal information.
The prompt is also being reproduced on third-party websites and datasets. In particular, AI.NNOV.RU identifies “Awesome ChatGPT Prompts” as the source of the prompt and displays my personal email address as the author.
I therefore request that you:
1. Investigate how this prompt and my personal information were added to prompts.chat.
2. Identify the account, authentication method, or submission process associated with this publication.
3. Remove or anonymize my personal email address and other personal information from the public profile and prompt attribution.
4. Remove or unlist the unauthorized profile and prompt where technically possible.
5. Explain what personal information is currently associated with the account.
6. Tell me whether this prompt and its author information were exported, synchronized, or distributed through your datasets, GitHub repository, API, or other public data sources.
I did not authorize the creation of this account or the publication of my personal information.
I am deliberately not publishing my personal email address in this public issue. I can provide it privately if necessary to verify my identity and locate the relevant record.
