Fullscreen is not full about angular-fullscreen

Hi miliu,
The directive only provides a wrapper of the fullscreen api and the layout depends from your css.

Anyway I'm using it right now with angular-carousel to enable fullscreen to whole the gallery.
I had a similar problem with the images so I added some css classes in order to update the container size when fullscreen.
