Generated makefiles not complete about hhvm

Need more information to reproduce this, its working for me on Ubuntu 9.10 and CentOS 5.4. No errors about missing includes.

Bug reproduced:

Steps to reproduce:

Possible fix:
$$ is used for separator in class name (from what I understood), may be a bit tricky then.

Tried to rename we_love_$donuts.* to we_love$$_donuts.* in build directory:
