Hint: "-" appeared in Flex 2.5.33. No idea about the solution though.

You'll need to get a more recent version of flex and put it under CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH. It's the --header-file argument which isn't recognised by earlier versions (most notably the version shipped with latest RHEL)
