It looks to me that you are trying to add the required meta tags in the body of your article (based on your screenshot), instead of adding it to the head. What you show looks like the WordPress composer, which lets you edit the content of the article. I checked your article at https://emergencyservices.media/?p=2104 and could not find the required meta tags.

In any case, since you are using WordPress, have you considered using the Instant Articles WordPress plugin?
