SASL authentication about mcrouter

First of all, thank you for taking some time to help us improve mcrouter!
This is not something we currently have in our priority list. How soon do you need that support? We definitely can take a better look at it if it's something you need.

This is less of a priority for us now since we're planning to move our app from Heroku into AWS. However, there are a lot of people out there that can benefit from the SASL support since not everyone is willing to move their app into AWS.

👍 but I think the issue with this is sasl auth requires the binary protocol only
