Same happens here when start the project from Xcode,
but react-native start works as expected. (for both modes, release and debug)
the script seems to be accessing a wrong location, and then babel trigger this error.

Same here - it looks like it also has some issues with Babel Transform.

FYI, I submitted a PR to update RN with the latest facebook/react-native#14714. Despite the upgrade, neither this bug nor the AccessibilityInfo bug is fixed :(
