Add inspect button about react-devtools

We have polling that could do that. We serious need a better two-way bridge for messaging though.

Not sure if you can force the React tab to open but I think so.

+1, with Browserify React doesn't leak to global scope. Having a way to force open React tab would be great.

var React = require('react');
window.React = React; // To turn on React Dev Tools in Chrome!!!

When I'm using browserify, but I'm sure you already knew that.
