This outdated description referes to the URL that I use.

Microsoft seem to change it every now and then. I updated the URL in the next branch but even aiinfra.pkgs.visualstudio.com sounds not final to me. Like they have no location where to provide their public wheels. Why is it hosted under visualstudio.
