Can this be built for ARM — at least for Mac, and ideally other platforms too? [Rosetta 2 is going away with macOS 28](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/apple-silicon/about-the-rosetta-translation-environment).

Yes. The trick is that ARM binaries need to be signed or they won't run, though it can be an "ad hoc" signature. This used to require a separate Xcode built step, but it looks like a feature might have made its way into .NET 10... https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/issues/34917

I built for osx-arm64, and cp2/CiderPress2 ran without complaint. "codesign -v" says the binaries are signed. So I think this "just works" now.
