Can you be more specific? I don't understand the bug - FakeFS seems to require pathname: http://github.com/defunkt/fakefs/blob/master/lib/fakefs/safe.rb#L2

The issue I ran into was that I used the Pathname constant in my production code without requiring it. My tests didn't raise a LoadError since FakeFS had already required pathname, but my production code was broken.
It was obviously an easy fix (adding the require to my app), and I know this is sort of a nitpicky bug. I don't know if any code should be written, but it should probably be documented somewhere.
