Add unit tests for:

• -o
• -T
  • -n (modifies -T)
• -a

Add support to tarix and fuse_tarix to have it automatically choose the index filename by taking the tar filename, stripping off .tar, .tgz, .tar.gz extensions and adding .tarix.

This won't work for pass-through mode on tarix, unfortunately, but it will simplify fuse_tarix usage considerably.

fuse_tarix generally will have enough information to automatically detect whether the file being mounted should have zlib mode enabled. This is much simpler than requiring it to be specified explicitly.
