Synchronize version number with React? about jsx-requirejs-plugin

It's easier to remember just the React version instead of two unrelated
versions (e.g. 0.13.1 for React and 0.5.3 for jsx-requirejs-plugin) when
maintaining bower.json.

I thought about syncing the two version numbers, but it's problematic
because I may add breaking changes to the plugin itself and we should be
able to version that.

To simplify things, I'm updating the minor version number instead of the
patch number when upgrading React (e.g. 0.5.2 -> 0.6.0 in the last upgrade
to React 0.13.1).

@philix So just to clarify, now that React 0.13.2 is out would the plugin update to 0.7.0 ?

Let's go to 0.6.1 and reserve 0.7.0 to when React goes to 0.14.

Last update was from 0.12.2 to 0.13.1.
