SwitchySharp just tells Chrome to use the PAC file. It doesn't parse the file. 
So I don't know what happened.

Let me see if I can re-produce the problem.

I tried that and it worked.
Sorry, I couldn't re-produce the problem.
Maybe you can upload the exported settings (.bak file), that would be a lot of 
help.
