It is a known bug with the 10.10 beta, check out the release notes. You'll probably have to download the new version directly from the website, since the automatic update will brake for the same reason.

@xirianlight did this work out for you?

I’m afraid not. The issue wasn’t the automatic downloader not working in Yosemite (it didn’t work, but to be honest it didn’t bother me). The problem that brought me to the forums was the fact that after downloading a fresh copy from the website and drag-and-drop installing it, the application would not open, and Console spit out those lines of code about the sparkle framework… so, I rolled back to the previous version and am using that for now.

I see! Did you try to rename the app as suggested in the release notes?

I’m afraid I didn’t… are the release notes on GitHub? I found the readme.md, but that’s about it… I’m so sorry I missed them.

Thanks, worked like a charm. Wonder why ASCII characters don’t path correctly. Weird bug.
Thanks for the help, sir, and congrats on a wonderful product, I’m liking where it’s going - and the community support for widgets has been great!
Take care,
