Obtain retweets + Filter Method by location. about phirehose

I'm not sure of the semantics of how retweets relate to the location parameter. The streaming API definitely returns retweets using the follow filter, but perhaps not in locations - See docs here.

The limitation will definitely be an API (rather than a Phirehose) issue.

I was going to suggest you ask the same question in the developer discussion board, but I see you already have :)

I do also think it is an API issue.

In this case of it being an Api limitation, do you have any idea how can I
pursue with this equest (location + retweet) ? Thank you, again.

There's a small chance the search API may be a better solution for you, ie, something like:

https://twitter.com/#!/search/near%3A%22San%20Francisco%22%20within%3A15mi%20include%3Aretweets
