Are you running rawrr on Windows? if so please check:

On Windows, the decimal symbol has to be configured as a '.'!

thanks for the answer, sorry but i cannot do it because the file is an unpublished one.
The problem comes in that c variable because "rawrr::readChromatogram(rawfile, mass = iRT.mZ, tol = 10, type = 'xic', filter = 'ms')" creates vectors with different lenghts, so plot cannot create a graphic.

Edit: More info, whatever rawfile I use, I have the same error. More times than intensities.
