Unfortunately Cloudflare will sometimes block TOR. This is definitely a
problem as far as supporting anonymity software, and we will be
investigating in the future.

No longer applicable? I'm able to navigate to https://members.internetdefenseleague.org/ over Tor without hitting a Captcha, and the new version of the widget itself appears to work after enabling JavaScript in Tor.
