Anyone who uses rings, feel free to add enchantment info. Most useful is given by windower spellcast plugin if you do "//st toggleextinfo" and write down the names and IDs it shows. Thanks

[fix] Rings should now auto-cast with reasonable intelligence. Could be better. Fixes #5, opened #21 for testing
