Use ravedude instead of avrdude about avr-arduino-zig

my distro does not package ravedude, same goes for many other distributions

whats the point in making it incontinent for people to build ravedude when they already have avrdude packaged for their system?

avoiding the need to manually find and pass the device where the arduino is located.

you know you can implement this within the zig build system right :^)
