Thank you, I've merged the fix.

While that fixes the immediate issue, I will keep this bug open to track getting off of which entirely. which is not the correct way to determine if a command exists.

We could use the fish-function type instead:
type -P command-not-found > /dev/null

[ridiculousfish]

fish trunk does use type; I had switched away from it because I found 'type' to be quite expensive.
