VLC crashes on file browse about org.videolan.vlc

What do you mean by browse ? File -> open File/Dir/Disc or something else ?
The open actions seem to work fine for me, fedora 29 + Gnome.

@MatMaul I'm on Linux Mint 18.3 (aka Ubuntu 16.04) with the cinnamon desktop. VLC instantly closes any time I try to browse for files under any context. This could be Media -> Open Directory or Media -> Open Disc -> Browse. It crashes just before the file browser window has a chance to open. I can double click a video file in Nemo (file manager) and watch it in VLC, though.

@TingPing Unfortunately, this problem still persists for me, even after updating and attempting repairs on all my flatpaks, just now. No repairs were needed.

I assume this is a Qt runtime problem of some sort.

This is almost certainly an issue with the KDE runtime, then. Considering that, is it the KDE packages that need to be rebuilt or is it VLC?

KDE runtime has updated and the issue is now resolved. Thanks, everyone! :)
