jquery.scrollTo is currently at 1.4.4/1.4.5b. I did fix a compatibility issue with 1.8.x back then so it's likely that 1.4.4 will work. Can you try updating the plugin and confirming it if works with 1.9.x ?
Thanks

Ariel,
I downloaded from github and according to your change.txt file, I used
1.4.5 BETA with my web page. I tried it with both jQuery core 1.8.3 and
1.9.1, and in both cases your code worked for my web page. Thanks!
Since its Beta, could you let me know when you put up the production
version.
I post at the jQueryUI forum a lot, and I've recommended your plug-in to a
lot of developers. Its a wonderful, quick solution to some very difficult
problems with jQuery Accordion when the Accordion is very large.
Thanks again for keeping this tool up to date.

Hi mLaird
Somehow I missed this reply. I'm glad it worked. you should be able to download the tag of 1.4.4 from github which is the latest stable version.
Thanks for recommending :)
