### Description of the enhancement The power plans has different names under different languages for example the "Ultimate Plan" in English is "Máximo rendimiento" ### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Every run creates a new power plan with the same name in other languages because it is searched by the name (Eg. Ultimate Plan in spanish windows instead of Máximo rendimiento) ### Alternatives considered the name should be part of the language settings or another source _No response_
