[BUG] about nx-plugins

Hi you can use env.json and add stage property to it

  "AWS_PROFILE": "dev_console",
  "STAGE": "dev",
}

and below is your serverless.yml

 stage: ${opt:stage, env:STAGE}

OR you can use the stage in your angular.json file in deploy section like so

 "deploy": {
          "builder": "@flowaccount/nx-serverless:deploy",
          "options": {
            "buildTarget": "sls-cognito-triggers:production",
            "config": "apps/sls-cognito-triggers/serverless.yml",
            "location": "dist/apps/sls-cognito-triggers",
