Error occurs in ruby-2.1.x about fluent-plugin-bigquery

I'm using ruby 2.1.3-p242 and it works.

@cubicdaiya @naoya This is compatibility issue of reriable gem which is used by google-api-client gem, not a ruby version. I got same issue and fixes in #31.

@hakobera Thanks for your reply and fix. I also confirmed this issue is fixed in my environment by downgrade retriable to 1.4.1.
