This is not possible currently. What happens if you delete the resource libraries you don't care about from the references?

Even if I don't add any resource library to references, all resources from all languages are embedded with costura so at the moment I don't have any control of witch resources are included or not.

I mean delete the actual resource file from disk. If it's not there Costura can't embed it.
