The same consumer keys are honored across production and sandbox. This is by design so that you don't need a different build of your mobile application went connecting to your sandbox org or your production org.

The same consumer keys are honored across production and sandbox. This is by design so that you don't need a different build of your mobile application went connecting to your sandbox org or your production org.
But we are using different org for sandbox and production and we also tried for other org for sandbox.
I think SDK should not allow us to login in the app if we are using login credentials of one org and consumer key of different org.

Connected app are there to identify a client app (and limit what it can do etc), there are not tied to a single org. They can be used across orgs.
