@gla5001 Yeah, the following line is a giveaway:

.../testapp/node_modules/rn-fetch-blob/android/src/main/java/com/RNFetchBlob/RNFetchBlob.java:9: error: package android.support.v4.content does not exist
import android.support.v4.content.FileProvider;

The plugins you're trying to bring in aren't compatible with AndroidX and/or Jetpack yet. Google has stated that the Android Support library is deprecated, won't see any new development from 28.0.0, and all new features will only be available in the AndroidX equivalent libraries. I would recommend filing issues with the plugins that you're trying to use, to add support for AndroidX and/or Jetpack.
