I'm not sure how you would bake it in, as you leave it up to individual devs to determine the styling for the body wrapper.
I've been basing my test game off of the demo. This file doesn't seem to take the origin offset into consideration: https://github.com/FormidableLabs/react-game-kit/blob/master/demo/game/character.js
I might be either requesting a fix to the demo, or an update to the Body portion of the readme.
