We will need to cast sdk.Tx to BaseTx and cast sdk.Msg to SpendMsg. For the latter we may want to consider specifying that BaseTx will have a SpendMsg if we move away from FinalizeMsg.
All of this is dependent on how we end up passing around confirmSigs and updating the utxoMapper with the correct positions for a utxo once it has been included in a block
