Ok I'll leave up to the contributors to decide

This is due to the default behaviour to disable background images/colours when printing.
You can get around this by turning on "Background Graphics" in the Chrome print menu, it probably lives in other places on different browsers.
There are some possible solutions on the below SO thread, although I haven't tried any.

ah, new computer. It only happened on some graphics so I assumed it was on..
Thanks.

Not sure if this should be closed, there should be some effort to prevent the issue in code. This is supposed to be a responsive library after all 😃

I can't seem to be able to replicate the issue, @tom-sherman does the default behaviour to disable background images/colours while printing also apply to SVGs with fill
attributes?

@pratu16x7 I can't replicate this either, both background-color
s and fill
s now render correctly when printing.
I checked Chrome 64 and Firefox 59 on Windows 10. I'm pretty sure this setting can be set at an OS level as well though, so maybe a simple note about printing in the Readme is enough. Users of the library can use tricks such as -webkit-print-color-adjust
if printing is important to them I guess.
