I think that the problem is that the absolute path in the config file (paths1.yml) written as an absolute path on UNIX systems (/absolute/path/to/source) but that is not how an absolute path should be written on Windows (\absolute\path\to\source).

The implementation should be fine if the path is written in the correct way for the OS since we use File.isAbsolute() for the check.
Since File.isAbsolute() checks if the path starts with "/" on UNIX or with "\" on Windows, "/absolute/path/to/source" is not recognized as an absolute path on Windows.

I will look into this problem, maybe we need to dynamically generate the test config file depending on which system it is running on.
