Absolutely no sense, but the last will be used (here .prog).

[EDIT] Of course without extension in target filename if you want do cross-poly compilation.

If that doesn't make sense, the interface should not allow to do that, like automatically deselecting the previous extension when selecting a new one.

What I want to say is that the software can teach the user what's possible or not.

And that it would be better to avoid the configuration being in a nonsensical state.
