1. Checkout Skynet repo, and build it with make linux
2. Checkout FreeIOE repo, and create an soft link (ioe) in Skynet repo folder
3. Goto FreeIOE repo, run ./scripts/feeds update -a
4. Goto Skynet repo, run ./skynet ioe/config to start FreeIOE

FreeIOE is based on Skynet framework.
