Viewing Debugbar about laranuxt

@jesseschutt on my dev environment it was never an issue, but it has been an ongoing issue on staging, i've recently figured out a fix for this and will update this repo when i'm happy with it.

until then here's what i did:

config/nuxt.config.js

  proxy: {
    '/api': { target: process.env.APP_PROXY, ws: true },
    '/_debugbar': process.env.APP_PROXY + '_debugbar',
  },

and then on staging my APP_PROXY is the same as my local environment, http://localhost:8000/

@jesseschutt I've updated the config, env, and readme to have this work right out of the box, you should instantly be able to see the debugbar at /api/example
