Special characters about fmdotnet

What version of FileMaker Sever are you using?
Are you using the latest Nuget package or did you build from source?

Filemaker server 12, im connecting to other databases in the same server without problem, but in that case with special characters is impossible to get the layouts. The only difference is that special characters, same permissions, etc

Im using the nuget package VB.net

I'll see if I can't add a call to Uri.EscapeDataString on the database field prior to executing the request. If you want to submit a pull request I'd welcome that too!

I tried using the escapedatatring of the database (the name that is used in the url) and it didnt worked.

Does it work when you do an XML API url in your browser? If not you can create a new file to create a gateway to your actual file.

@raulrl555 I've made an update to encode the database name on this branch: https://github.com/fuzzzerd/fmDotNet/commits/1.x

Can you try that one out and see if it works for your database?

I will test it, how to recompile? Are you uploading it to the nuget repostory for me to test?

You'd need to clone the repository and build the visual studio project. Once I have confirmation its fixed I can update nuget.
