Added list of dependencies and build instructions to readme.

Including deb and rpm packages would also be great.

Unfortunately since available only as flatpak, it's really hard to give it a try for those who don't use flatpak.

The flatpak is the easiest way to install and works great, if people don't want to use it it's their problem.

flatpak comes with a huge download size and also storage usage, so for first try, not an attractive option. Atleast appimage would be great since it is portable. I have to convince people a lot that a player is worth installing around 800 mb flatpak downloads.
