Looks like we're trying to solve very similar problems! TypeScript is powerful, but sometimes types just can't be made. Especially for objects that are created at runtime, there's not much you can do.
I don't think I fully understand the way context works in wildcard-api, but one option would be to provide an empty Context type yourself while allowing it to be overriden. That way each app can decide what their context looks like and wildcard can use it in its types. I remember seeing this before, but I'm not finding any examples right now.
