Hi,
I haven't manage to reproduce the bug but I saw the issue in the code.
Could you please download the staging of GLM 0.9.4 https://github.com/g-truc/glm/archive/0.9.4.zip and validated the fix.

Confirmed fixed... but not sure why "return *(uint*)&Pack;" rather than "return Pack.other".
Also if this was my code I'd want to make a static assertion that sizeof(Pack) == sizeof(uint)
from glm.
