There is a decoding function in serial.js called data read, can you think of a way to write a test for it, by passing it sample data and then checking the output

• First I would like you to set up jest
• Create a Unit test for testing serial communication ( I will be helping you on this)
• Create a Git action for running these test, make the test run on Pull Requests

@codebreaker3008, so now there is a component called connect button.
It connects to a serial port. Using jest create connect to a serial port and send some data to it then the connect button will read the data and decode it, then we have to check the decoded data and match it with what was expected
