yum install compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-69.el6.i686

Well, i tried, but my centos said, that this component is already installed...i will try to install on debiаn and repost here

UPD.> well, I managed to work my UT2K4 server on Debian. So I think, that something must be needed to run it under CentOS...

Sounds like there is something wrong with your CentOS setup. Unreal is looking for a shared library that it cannot find. I have a working server on CentOS so i'm not sure what is wrong

Well, i re-checked and nothing changed. I used CentOS 6.4 - minimal....So i think that this script must work!
