Looks like I needed to add a delay after starting the service before trying to download the configuration file. Try version 1.8.2.1.

Thanks, that fixed it! Setting things up now.
Update: Having set things up, I can't find an XML file, and in the logs there is this line:
[9/4/2023 5:42:06 AM] [ INFO] Failed to create the XMLTV file. Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
In the configuration, I didn't find a place to indicate where the XMLTV file should go.

Could you attach your trace.log file? I'll try to recreate here to see if I can find the problem.

Thanks. Here is my log. Also, when it works as it should, where is the resulting file stored and what is it named. I'll need to point my importer app to it. I'm guessing it would go here, which is where I found epg123.mxf, epg123mxf.gz, and epg123.msf.zz.

Allright. Found the problem. Will update late tonight or tomorrow. It got past my checks since I am strictly OTA.

The xmltv files will be .\output\epg123.xmltv, \epg123xmltv.gz, \epg123xmltv.zz and can be grabbed via http at http://loisquad:9009/output/epg123.xmltv

EDIT: I broke it in 1.8.2.0.

Thanks. My application (the XMLTV importer for SageTV) requires the XMLtv file, so I will look for the update tonight/tomorrow. Appreciate your fast responses!

Just released 1.8.2.2 with the fix.

It seems to be working as expected now. My import app is having some issues, but that's probably its fault, so I'll pursue a solution with it first.
