I spent some time (~3-4 hours) researching what other papers and industry standards are for benchmarking these kinds of data structures: https://piazza.com/class/kxaw57ghvcy11o?cid=881. Some of this time was spent also looking at if any lock-free skip lists didn't have static max levels (dynamic numbers of levels would be necessary I believe to enforce expected O(logn) for many operations), and I didn't find much.
You can see #4 for examples of how this would be implemented, and I'm going to first try having different threads draw from different distributions.
