I modified the Timeout to 10000 instead of 8000 but I still got an error, but this one is different.

"read failed" and "write failed" tells us there is another problem than simple timing stuff you can see on your first attempts
(mais on peut causer français aussi si tu veux : ))
Did you try to run server as root ?

J'ai pas essayé de run as root. Mais avec cam86 (ton soft), il n'y a pas de problème.
