Missing parent: methylguanosine-cap decapping (GO:0110156) about go-ontology

Although maybe we need to change the definition/term, because this moiety is added to all polymerase II transcripts:
mRNA, ncRNA and some of the snoRNA/snRNA

Or maybe we need a generic term that isn't coupled to translation initiation....

This term, as it stands should be relabelled

• mRNA methylguanosine-cap decapping
  and add
• mRNA catabolic process added as superclass (cannot be added, see below)

• changed to mRNA methylguanosine-cap decapping to match the definition (if we need other molecule decapping we can add it later, but since this is in the context of translation, and since other caps appear to be further processed so the removal will apply to a different mature cap structure this is probably the only methylguanosine-cap decapping)

I can't add superclass mRNA catabolic process because

"The mRNA cap decapping, on the other hand, is a regulatory step in which the 5' cap structure of mRNA is removed. This process can lead to mRNA degradation, but it can also be a reversible and regulatory event, allowing the mRNA to undergo further processing or translation repression without degradation."

• added "mRNA metabolic process" instead (has RNA decapping already)
